The oregon football program is definitely a top tier program and has been so for the last ten or twelve years .You can't take that away from your program and for those accomplishments and you should be proud of your team. However, what I don't understand is that you tout all your accomplishments on a smaller schools website that has about one tenth of your recruiting budget. The oregon facilities are world class no doubt about it. The football players it produces are nfl ready. Guess what? Oregon hasn't won a national championship buddy or gone unbeaten. Let me give you a hint of what two pac 12 that have . USC AND UW. Please have oregon win one before you deem your program as the premiere pac 12 football program that has ever existed. Your Heisman player is awesome but oregon state beat you to that hardware. I bet if you go to an auburn , osu, alabama , texas, lsu , etc they would laugh you right off their websites. Why because they generations of football pedigree and have won a national championship. Bragging about your program to a school who doesn't have your resources speaks volumes about your inferiority complex about not winning the big one. It shows that you can't wait to be one of the big boys. Winning a championship brings respect. Running your mouth about how many guys you put into the nfl or how many rose bowls you have won doesn't cut it. I don't know of football program who likes to be called first place losers. BOTTOM LINE IS TO WIN A NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP. YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT. EWU DOES NOT HAVE THE TALENTed RECEIVERS LIKE YOUR PROGRAM. WE DO HAVE A NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP AT OUR LEVEL AND YOU DONT.Maybe you need some more glamorous facilities or espn mascot commercials to get over the hump. BTW I have never heard of an ncaa investigation take over two years to complete buy yet only dole out a penalty of one less scholarship per year. I wonder if nike has anything to do with that.
