There are also a few saying it will indeed be a close game. Hey D-Bag troll, if you can read then you should notice I never said that the Aggie fans were claiming a 50 point victory. I expect this type of reaction from Ags fans. You should stick with analysis of roundball because you don't jack about football. Equating Auburn to the national champions of last year is ridiculous. There's a reason they were barely ranked in the Top 25 and have 8, count 'em, 8 TOTAL returning starters from last year's team. (For Ags fans, there are 22 people who start in football.) With that, I will be the 1st in saying that the Aggies look to be much improved. Just don't celebrate because you haven't done anything yet. You're still 0-1.

Auburn will not make it to a bowl game this year; even though 75% of all FBS teams go bowling. This Auburn team only shares one thing with last season's BCS Champ; the name on their jerseys. Auburn looked sluggish, confused, and inexperienced. With that being stated, I'll admit it, USU looked good last week against a supposedly far superior team (SEC). They moved the ball well, controlled the clock, and were able to limit Auburns offense. What does that tell us? Not a whole lot. However, if USU can't have a winning season and go bowling this year, with the absolute joke of a schedule they have, wow...there should be no hope for Aggie football.

Weber may be an Division I FCS team, but at least we can say we've had 10 win seasons and winning seasons in the past 30+ years.

We'll see about that. Even the worst SEC teams are better than bottom MWC teams.

USU should feel awesome about being BCS!! They are so highly respected for being one of the "big guys" and going 3-8 every year. What a blessing to be in that outstanding conference of the WAC, with Texas State and Southeast Central Texas Tech in Arlington. Proud of giving away tickets, begging people to watch them get blown out by Boise and Hawaii so they don't become ineligible for the post-season that they'll never reach. AWESOME!

Hanging your hat on a loss, regardless of how close the game was or who the opponent was, shows the pathetic state your football program has been in over the past three decades. I've never seen so much excitement over a loss. And I sure hope the team takes Weber as lightly as their fans are.

With all due respect, Weber's fanbase seems pretty high on a few close losses to some FBS teams...most recently last weekend's loss to Wyoming.

Not this fan. A loss is a loss. No moral victories.

Agreed, we lost and should be upset that we had the game won. Sure there were positives in the game but we are still 0-1.

The fact that it is an agricultural/land grant institution has no bearing on me, I came to Utah State due to a scholarship and for the business school. There really aren't too many Ag majors anymore, just to let you know. Where do we milk bulls?
