It's a good sign Weber will win today, cause the M.I.L.F at the end of the row gave me some ROLD GOLD pretzels which i am enjoying at the end of the row in my cubicle. YOU'RE ALL JEALOUS!!! ADMIT IT!!!

Jealous?? I'm heading out of the office to get ready for the games !!! GO BEARS. Go listen to UNC fight song purplehaze and then maybe you will be fulfilled !! HA !! Should be a fun night for all!!

I don't admit being a know it all re: rules but what's with seven team fouls on UNC but no free throw shot for NAU....huh?

These refs are calling everything against both teams. Let them play for crying out loud.

I've watched NAU enough to know that they are slower of foot and they will foul. That's not my gripe at all.

My gripe is there's supposed to be 1 and 1 free throws after the 7th team foul and there wasn't a few minutes ago.

The game is far from over.

Cameron Jones and Gabe Rogers have shown up but no one else is helping out with scoring. Six points and two rebounds from NAU's bigs doesn't bode well. UNC outrebounding NAU.

There's a looooong way to go tonight.

Why not guard their fn shooters?

And how many times am I going to have to look at these fat chicks on the nau comercial?

Well that game nearly gave me a heart attack but I am happy to report that I survived it and will be around for the game tomorrow night :D

I may have a hard time rooting for the Bears tomorrow night due to it always taking a few days to get over the end of basketball season. But I will resume rooting for the Bears whether they play in the NCAA's or the NIT. Glad to see your fanbase turning up in force.

Ref'ing was suspect. (i.e. the 7th team foul on UNC should have resulted in the 1 and 1...didn't happen in the first half after Proctor's foul at the 11:23 mark...NAU didn't shoot free throws til the 9:18 mark) But again, it's always suspect in the Big Sky.

I can reasonably expect that the Bears fans would be apoplectic if NAU had shot 18 more free throws. But you know, it's all water under the bridge now. Done and gone. Over. Finis. UNC won the game and NAU didn't. I'm pointing directly at getting out-rebounded by 16 as the real culprit.

I hope Beitzel gets a shot to play somewhere (free agent.....international hoops?) but I won't miss him putting up 20-30 a night. Support your Bears the rest of the the way. Basketball is a wonderfully enticing mistress but she always steps on your heart in the end. Enjoy the ecstasy while it lasts. As a true UNC and college hoops fan (guessing that's the case for those on here), you won't forget this time.

Cheers.

I've been to four or five Missouri-Kansas games ... and Butler tonight was every bit as loud and crazy as those games are. Be proud of this, guys.

A GREAT story is developing here ... and the nation (world) is going to see tomorrow night.

Thanks MTJack. When I attended UNC we could not beat Nebraska-Omaha and Mankato State so you can bet that I am soaking this all in. This is truly is rarefied air for us.

Nice to see some pics up there Scott. It would be really cool if Troy/KFKA/UNC put together an audio montage of the season once it's all said and done. To go from the pain of the game at the Dee to where we are now would sound great in a montage (I think Troy did that last season if I recall). Or maybe I am getting senile.

If we win and we end up in the DC regional, you can bet I will be there (if I can get tickets). That being said, I hope they end up in Denver.
