TD, West to Kupp. 14-7 NAU. It'd be awesome to get a stop here since we do get the ball back to open the second half.
 
Ouch, didn't need that one on the first play. On a brighter note, if they score quickly we may have time to get back down the field and score again.
 
The 4th down stop was huge. They convert that and this is an entirely different game. The 2 TO's are really the only difference in this game. The two teams look similarly matched and I kind of feel like our defense looks better consider how much they've been on the field.

nau is blitzing a ton and West does not move around at all in the pocket. I really wish they'd just at least give one of the other qb's a few game reps to at least see what they can do.
 
I get what you're saying, but I trust Beau. I honestly believe that if the coaches thought one of the other guys would give us a better chance of winning, they'd be playing.

what do we have to lose at this point in the game??? the way this game is going it's highly unlikely that we will come back and our backups need game reps. This game could be lost but the season isn't, yet.
 
I'm not opposed to someone else getting a look at QB. West does seem to be in some sort of slump but I hope he can dig himself out of it.

I think our up and down running game has a lot to do with it. If we could run the ball better it would take a lot of pressure off of West. Good play by Grady there for the TD. If the D can get a stop or two I think we're in this game late in the 4th.
