Official Big Sky Conference Tourney Thread

The Big Sky conference Tournament starts tonight with 3 games featuring seeds 2 through 7.

Game #1 3pm MST

#7 Northern Arizona Lumberjacks (11-20, 8-12 BSC) VS #2 Weber State Wildcats (24-5, 18-2 BSC)

Wildcats are 13 point favorites. Wildcats swept the regular season series with the Lumberjacks.

Game #2 5:30 MST

#6 Southern Utah Thunderbirds (11-19, 8-12 BSC) VS The University of North Dakota (15-15, 12-8 BSC)

North Dakota is a 2 point favorite. Both teams won on thier home floors in the regular season splitting the series

Game #3 8:pm MST

#5 Northern Colorado Bears (12-17, 10-10 BSC) VS #4 Montana State Bobcats (13-16, 10-10 BSC)

Northern Colorado is a 2.5 point favorite. Teams split the series, strangely enough both wining on the road.



Round 2 will have the highest Remaining seed (Montana) face the lowest remaining seed, second highest seed takes on the second lowest seed
 
it is very cool that montana is letting in the first 1,000 students for free to any griz mens or womens game. charging students for the big sky tourney sucks for the hosting school when they got in free to the previous 15 games.
 
Interesting. Could Weber even get 1000 students to show up to a game? Even if it was free. I don't trust the student leaders to do anything. So it would be a waste for Weber and for the buisness supporting the Cats.
 
What a start from Tres. Monster block followed by a nice shot off the glass. Glad he's building confidence early.

My iPad has been hit and miss on Big Sky TV this season. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Frustrating.
