Vikings win Big Sky, headed back to NCAA Tournament

The Portland State Vikings are headed back to the NCAA Tournament.
PSU beat Montana State 79-77 in the Big Sky championship game in Ogden, Utah, tonight to qualify for the NCAA Tournament for the second year in a row.

Julius Thomas scored the go-ahead dunk after a pass from Dominic Waters with 3.5 seconds left after Montana State had hit a tying three-pointer.

The Vikings will learn their NCAA Tournament opponent on Sunday.

Xavier fan here...congrats on making the tourney. You will be playing a team that is a but up and down these days so you will have a chance. If X can control turnovers that should win..but our guard play has been unpredictable at best this year. If X can get going they certainly have the talent to come our of the their bracket...we will see. Lets go Muskies !!
