Any word if Coach Best is going to assign Special Teams Coordinator to one assistant or divvy it up amongst several assistants like Coach Baldwin did?

CBB was the Special Teams coach...he didn't divvy up those responsibilities as far as I am aware.

Cool to find that out. For some reason I thought he didn't have one coach handle all of special teams, that he wanted several to take ownership of different parts in addition to their regular duties. Such as one responsible for PAT/FG, one for punts, one for kickoff returns, etc...

Per Football Scoop:

Montana State (FCS): Offensive line coach Brian Armstrong has been promoted to offensive coordinator following the departure of Courtney Messingham to North Dakota State for the same position. Armstrong previously led the Rocky Mountain College (NAIA – MT) program for seven seasons.

Scoop Him Up: Seth Williams is a bright, energetic, well-rounded young coach seeking a full-time position at the professional level. In seven years’ experience spread across three Division III programs, Williams has worked with wide receivers, tight ends, defensive backs and kick returners while also assisting in strength and video efforts. He served as JV head coach while producing two all-conference corners and an all-conference wideout at Endicott College (2015-present), produced more all-conference players — wideouts and tight ends — while serving as video coordinator at Utica College (2011-14) and helped St. John Fisher College (2007-11) to a conference title as a student assistant. He can be reached at 585-298-5420 or [email protected].

Anyone have any news ????? I saw this on football scoop so there candidates out there

I like to think he's the former president's quarterback.

Hey all,

Just found out yesterday that UNDs RB coach, Kevin Maurice, is leaving. Rumor is he is headed to E. Washington. Anyone here heard any rumors about that?

If true, you guys are getting a solid coach, but a really really good recruiter. If not, I'll be interested to here where he is actually headed.
