so I will go out on a limb and predict today will provide a bigger dose of Dailey than anyone expects, McCowan will have a breakout performance, the Defense will have their best outing yet. Reed and Hendershott continue to bring down jump balls put up by Smith for critical third downs and scores.

Sac State by a small margin in front of the smallest crowd of the year so far.

I suck at predictions! Dailey didn't play a down!

Great game!
We will be lucky to see Dailey in a Sac State uni ever again, his shoulders are torn up.

No more than Hilliard's shoulders were at the end of last season. And Hilliard could play now but we dont want to burn his redshirt. Dailey will prob have to have the same kind of surgeries Bryan had and will bounce back. Tough player if you ask me....
He has had one shoulder cut on while in Washington and it's torn up again, the other one is now torched and requiring work. The line is "we will wait and see" but the true feelings are that first shoulder can be repaired again for normal living but will not take football without damage. I did not question if the young man was tough or not, I only stated what I had been told. Bo Jackson was a tough guy but his hip took him out of the game.

WingHunter:

Word on the street is that Croxdale may be coming back for the last 3 games...His hand is healed, he's rested, and raging to run. They will evaluate him this week in practice, and he may be on the field in Colorado. Also they are going to evaluate the damage done to Sam MC's ankle this past weekend.

I just called up there and you are correct... Croxdale is cleared to play and they are willing to burn his redshirt to help the team down the stretch run, the other backs are in bad shape and will not see the field this year and will be evaluated over the off season to plan for the future. McCowan rolled his ankle last week and is questionable (day to day) for practice and the game.

Bring on the fire hydrant!!!

I'd love to see Crox run wild on the UNC defense!

Why not didn't he play against UNLV and Poly? I would love to see him back if he is health and ready to roll!

I was not at either game but I know he broke his hand agaist Poly (per the coach's) so he must have played.

I was at Poly and I thought that he broke his hand in that game. He is a strong little runner he could really help with Bryan and Terrance out. Has anyone heard how Evander is doing?

Croxdale had a bum ankle for the UNLV and Poly games that's why he was only playing special teams. Evander's hamstring is not healing up.
