You link a 30 minute video and nowhere in that video did Coach Best say Eastern should have had the number 2 seed.
I don't think you listened to the whole podcast because someone insinuated it. Weber State's cocky-ass head coach also mentioned EWU's victory over Portland State. WHY? He saw that Coaches Poll with EWU at #2 & WSU at #3, he knows that game was close with a backup, sophomore qb, and he also knows Eric Barriere is NOT THE SAME QB HE WAS THEN! Eric Barriere has won a f*cking playoff game for goodness sakes. Those disrespectful comments he (that cocky coach from Ogden) made were because he knows theres some controversy regarding who the real #2 seed is.
To make things worse, Weber escapes having to play UC Davis AGAIN if Eastern wins this Saturday!! He sounds pretty damn cocky to have evaded the co-BigSky champion Aggies TWICE now. He's cocky & disrespectful because he knows Weber pulled good-not great SEMO, got Jax St/Maine (in a down CAA year imo) for the quartersfinals in Ogden, then worse case scenario Weber would have to play EWU again but the game will still be played in Ogden, and without All-American Gage Gubrud!
Even if EWU downs WSU, the Wildcats would have made it to the semifinals by that point, which some (him, WSU players/staff, & WSU admin) might already consider that some sort of "we made It this far" victory.

Again, you linked a 30 minute video and only vaguely refer to its contents without any time stamps. It's almost as if you know that your argument is a total reach.
And it is. Nowhere in the video do the Weber State coaches say they do not deserve the number two seed. All they mention is that they will have their hands full if/when they host EWU again.

Hey blowhard, you still don't understand seeding. You keep making yourself look bad here.
Upsets happen, that's the great thing about FCS football. That doesn't make the seeds wrong and especially does not make you right. Weber State had the resume for the number 2 seed, get over it.

That’s not what I said, and that’s not my point. You’re intentionally misquoting me & being intellectually dishonest. My point was about who was best inside the BigSky, and just because a team won the h2h on paper... doesn’t mean they’re better. Especially given those circumstances.
Weber State didn’t even make it into the semifinals to get the rematch with Eastern Washington! Was that a “random, this-is-the-playoffs” fluke? Or where you missing something this entire time? Weber State is gone! Eastern Washington beat #6 Davis & is in the semifinals ...while the #2 seed played a weaker team, #7 Maine & lost at home Chief!
