On Tues the Bears take the floor vs Montana who the Bears split games with this year. I think for UNC to come away with a "W" Yahosh needs to put the clamps on Johnson and on top of that he MUST stay out of foul trouble. Montana is a big team so the Bears have to dominate the glass. I'm hoping that Montgomery can play the way he did before he injured his knee. He opposes a tough match up for any of the Montana big men. Not only is he strong he is quick around the rim. Anybody have any predictions??
 
The great thing about buying the tournament pass, is that Im gonna be able to watch the first semifinal game, both semi final games look to be ultra sweet
 
The Stats from the first two games against Montana are very similar. Rebounds were close in both as well. My guess is that it will come down to who makes the key shots in the last 2 minutes.

Well, according to their home attendance during the first round playoff game, not many Grizz fans care. Not that we are ones to knock them about crowds though. :oops:

Ditto. If we don't win the tournament I would like to see Weber State do it becasue they may be able to win a game or two in the Big Dance.
 
For some reason I don't have a good feeling about this game.....I'm hoping someone on here can help and make me feel a little more confident in the Bears.

I am with you. If we had Devon Beitzel (44% from 3 point land and 14 points per game) I would be a lot more optimistic. I am calling it a 50/50 game, I just hope the breaks, and the crappy Big Sky reffing decisions go our way.
 
Yes, this game is scary. I think the key to the game is Yosh locking down Anthony Johnson. He does that, and we have a very good chance.
 
I agree, we play a tight d and control the boards and make our free throws, we win by 10!! Other guys need to step up with Beitzel out!
 
I actually feel great about this game! This is our chance to shut up those obnoxious griz fans and move onto the championship game all at once; I can't think of a match-up I would rather see.
 
Wow, not a good start. Bad shooting and apparently you are now allowed to jump up in the air, fake a shot and continue to dribble.

This is a really sloppy game all around. Aggressive defense is key for us. Figures is such an awesome player.
 
I don't like some of these 3's we are taking. They're rushed and we are setting our offense up. Tad will be all over it in the time out.

No doubt. We were taking shots the first 10 seconds of the shot clock that would be there during the last 5 seconds.
