it was awesome in there tonight, totally worth the 4.5 hour wait to get a ticket

It still hasn't sunk in yet. Never in my wildest dreams would I see this happen. As a kid watching UNC basketbal in the 1980's all the way through now! Unbelievable!!!!!!

Never in my wildest dreams would I imagine this. I can't be more excited and proud of UNC. My senior year at UNC was in 06-07 when the Bears finished dead last in the RPI and the Beitzel and Kingman were just freshmen role players coming off the bench. Thier resiliency and resolve is unmatched, and it was so sweet to see the students storm the court, considering we were lucky to get 10 students at the games back in my days. Its a testament to the school, the students, fans, and more importantly, the student athlete's that have been a part of UNC athletics since the transition from D-I. Hopefully this is just the start of something special for UNC athletics in the many years to come!!

its been a great 2011. Got officially out of the Marines, started at UNC and now a Big Sky Championship. It's been a great 3 months in Greeley

Well, your first year definitely differed a lot from mine. Congratulations on your separation from the Marines. Good luck with football.

UNFKNING BELEIVABLE !!!!!!! Good morning Bear Fans!! What a great game and we didn't even play our best. Can you imagine what the score would of been had we hit our free throws ! Congrats to entire team and staff and the best fans including "the cows"!!! This is so cool to win and none sweeter than against Montana!!! What an atmosphere at Butler Hancock last night. GO BEARS, GO BEARS, GO BEARS !!!!!!

As a long time Bear fan, going to UNC games for 40 years, last night was off the chart in excitement
and fun!! The crowd was awesome. This makes the move to D-1 worth it and then some. Can't wait to
see Northern Colorado in everyone's bracket across the country!! Congrats to BJ Hill, the seniors and the
entire team!! You guys have made UNC and Greeley proud. I still can't believe it. Enjoy the NCAAs!!!

Ahh, all the effort to make the game was well worth it. Great crowd, great moments.

Montana, you played tough defense, and your size is incredible.

Montana fan who sat behind me, congrats on your dedication to Montana, and your dedication to come to a semi-out of the way place to see your team play. Know this though, you are lucky that I am such a sweet guy and would never harm a wing on a fly, and thanks for the up front warning that you might come off as an obnoxious a-hole during the game. :|

You were right, and maybe it is a really good thing your team did not win and that you had an opportunity to shut your ignorant pie hole for the last two minutes.

Congrats Navy Blue and Gold, it was an unforgettable experience!

I feel your pain, I sat by some Montana fans at a UNC football game a couple year ago. Man I wanted to deck all of them.

You think that's bad, hop over to egriz.com, good god.

I can't believe how much they are complaining. There were a few 50/50 calls that seemed to go our way and you would have thought the world is about to win. God forbid the Big Sky doesn't bend over for the cash cow that is Montana.

This is an interesting youtube video from the game last night: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F7BfObCUPkI" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

(I am getting less done at work today than I did yesterday, and I was home sick yesterday)

This is such a cool picture. If I was Devon I would have this sucker framed:

It's crazy the media run this is getting, even driving home from work Beitzel was on 104.3 the Fan with Alfred, Schlereth and D Mac and then some dude calls in and sings the UNC fight song, I never thought I'd hear that on the radio in prime drive time. :thumb:

Seeing the volume of pissy-pants whining coming form the Griz fan base over being "hometowned" by not only Greeley and the officals at the game, but the Big Sky Conference as well!

Don't you get it, it's a conspiracy!!

Now I kind of wished I'd a punched that douche nozzle wipe wednesday night.
