We’ve had some success running straight at them, which is surprising to me.

we had our chances to keep the game somewhat close. Just too many explosive plays given up on defense and lack of execution in the red zone on offense.

Yeah, I’m definitely a fan of punting in both of those situations and at least making them work to run up the score. They don’t even need to try to do that when we just give them the ball for no apparent reason at all.

Well we left some points out there and never stopped playing hard. Plus we didn't get anyone kicked out.

Well Eastern wasn't great but they didn't embarrass themselves. I saw some flashes of decent DL play.
UW is going to have a tough time once they get in the thick of their Big 10(18) schedule. A bunch of coug fans were pissed when they were left out of the Big10 deal but I think they realize that they dont really want that!
