I'm just happy we aren't in an on the edge of the seat nail biter this game. Those were starting to get a bit much.
 
I hear you. Kind of funny how we give up 367 yards so far and only 10 points. Definitely bending but not breaking.
 
I'd personally like to see a couple more Td's, which would presumably help us in the polls. Assuming we can beat Davis and PSU, a seed wouldn't be out of the question with a 9-2 record and only one FCS loss.

Agreed 100%. It's amazing how we never actually have to play for 60 minutes when we commit to playing 60 minutes. Great game today... had a few breaks and a few things to clean up, but all-around great effort. We'll be very tough to beat if we keep playing like that.

A lot of football still to be played, but I'd bet my house on Eastern getting a seed with a 9-2 record. That'd really only be one bad loss, and only a 3-pointer on the road at that, and a lot of quality wins.

After watching the games in person it's entertaining to watch the replay on SWX a day or two later. When I hear the ridiculous comments Heister makes I often wonder if he was actually watching the same game I watched at Roos Field. I didn't think it was possible for him to call Eagle football more poorly than he calls GU basketball but I was wrong. :shock:

I agree, their childish banter is embarrassing to our program and community. :thumbdown:

It makes you wonder if he has some incriminating photos of some exec at KHQ. I can't think of any other reason for his continued employment as a sportscaster. :lol:

Georgia Southern and Wofford both lose. SoCon in disarray; Appalachian State back in the playoff picture.

Lehigh, aka the worst undefeated FCS team in history, beats 1-8 Holy Cross by a single point after 4th quarter comeback. They play the only semi-legit team on their schedule at home next week vs. Colgate.

God willing, Montana State will lose at Sac State tonight, currently tied 10-10. Northern Arizona continues to look unimpressive in their march through the easiest schedule in conference history.
