Week 2: @ Weber State

It's game day baby!!! Can't wait to sip on some beers and watch (game on Altitude)our Bears win in Ogden.

I'm predicting Jace Davis has 6 catches and 2 TD's while Andre Harris runs for over 100 yards and 1 TD.
 
Nice 1st defensive series.

What a cool stadium Weber State have. Video scoreboard and stands built up the side of the mountain.
 
What's up with the squib kick offs? We just gave them those 3 points at the end of the half. Other than that, not bad at all. I'm concerned again at our depth at o-line now that Gumbs looks hurt. Jace Davis redeems himself for a couple drops and receives a beautiful pass from Orms! Keep it up.
 
Our defense is really good at separating the ball from the player. 3rd quarter calls don't seem to be going our way. Great catch by the Weber receiver in the end zone. Bummer.
 
Orms is doing a fantastic job of knowing when to throw the ball and when to tuck and run. He is moving the offense really well. Harris is doing a heck of a job as well.

TV said that the lights went out at 10:00pm on a timer so they could have a fireworks show in honor of the military.
Does either team want to win this damn game. It's 12:22 eastern and I am tired.
 
What a disgrace. Typical coach Downing loss. Whoever the color commentator was on Altitude, he should be the coach. He knew where what we were doing wrong before each snap.

Why didn't we try and win in regulation? Why didn't we keep moving the ball in the 2nd OT to make it a chip shot? Why did we have the corners so far off the receivers on 3rd and 6 all night?

Weber really wanted to give us the game but we didn't take it.
 
They gave us back the ball with 7 turnovers and we couldn't take advantage of it. This sucks so bad. And those fuckers at Weber acting like they just won the Super Bowl. Congrats, you beat us as usual. What's the big deal?
 
Was Harris hurt on that last drive? If not, no excuse for having him on the bench.

He was outstanding today.
