Yea I think MBT should start this week at Portland too now, I mean after reading all your post it makes complete sense. I mean really, 26-34 for 320 yards, who only completes 76% of there passes, that's pathetic, I mean I know there was 3 dropped balls because his arm is to weak to get the ball there, I mean 5 passes for over 20 yards, that's horrible arm strength, I mean if I was playing QB I would have easily been able to throw for at least 400 yards with guys in my face all night. I think we should Smith to a local JV high school team to sharpen his skills, maybe he can lead a team to vicotory there, 9 pts in te first half, your not gonna win any games like that, especially when football only plays 1 half to determine the score of a game. What was up that interception????? He should have thrown it righ through that guy that hit man, I mean. 6'4" 240lbs MBT could have thrown the ball through that guy, and I'm sure he could have held onto that ball when no one blocked the D-lineman. I think we should all march down to the AD's office and have Sperbeck and Smith benced.
Whow....You do not know much about percentages in single games and obviously have never been a QtrBack. Also it takes more than just a strong arm. You need footwork and the knowledge to make reads etc. We saw MBT's footwork last year. His scrambling ability has a lot to be desired. Jason has done well. Look at the media guide and past school records for a comparison. Also here is this years standings as of today. I say Smith is doing a fine job.
