Sac State, you've been fairly decent in your posts to date -- fairly. But you weren't provoked earlier in this thread and you still went to childish (which I think you do more often than you're willing to admit).

I get tired of your lectures on board behavior, and you're self-proclaimed superiority in how to act...we'll police ourselves thank you.

You're rationalizations about your intentions are increasingly pathetic and you've grown to be totally boring.

Go away....

No trolls. And you've turned into one with this thread...

Seriously, go away. You're calling all Weber fans out to respond to your ridiculous chest-pounding as a competitor. That's troll behavior! My next request will be for the administrators to ban you. I'm sure others will join me in that request. Go away on your own...no trolls!

I guess you missed WeberSki's post ("Suck State Sucks")

Yeah that's what I was thinking too...

You should be proud that your team is doing well enough for someone to care enough about it to cap on you. Your team has arrived. Now if your community can step up and help you build a new facility, you may really have something. Hopefully, your team can wake up that sleeping giant, Sacramento, and things can get moving. :thumb:

With NO apologies to Utah Pirate, I'm the guilty poster for calling sacstateman out in another thread. Quite frankly, I missed his posts :yikes: The "other" BSC teams fans who post here ADD VARIETY, interest, color, etc. Retired & a longtime fan, I first caught on with this interesting forum after I posted to and enjoyed the overall Big Sky Conference fan forum that was active at the time. It has since died off about a year or so ago. It was fun and you could then click on any member school forum individually.

I'll just say this as one poster: WELCOME to Sacstatemen, Bengal visitor, Potomac Griz, SDHornet, etc. Your input (admittedly not all appreciated) makes this forum lively & interesting. Don't go away! If anyone gets upset, you have the right to rebuke, respond, & :poke:

Thanks olds but I've given up on getting a new arena......political powers out here are absolutely idiotic (you DEFINITELY have a better political climate and logical thinking bureaucrats than we do)...Sac St basketball will have to improve the way they have the last 5 years, by recruiting high character kids who are also good students (bet you Cody Demps is the only Mechanical Engineering major in the BSC). Our coach has established a family atmosphere amongst the team. Our best recruiters are our players. We don't miss on many that actually come to visit when the team is around. Thanks again olds for your compliments. Can't wait for Saturday night.....should be a close game either way

Thank you AlumniWSU too....I was busy typing when you posted....BTW what thread did you call me out on?? It happens here alot....I can't keep track

I said it last year, two years ago, three years ago, hell when they hired him, that Katz would eventually get a team to gel. Will they, the Hornets, become a force in the Sky. Not likely...Katz is running up a water slide at Sac. However, every once in a while the planets will align for him and he will get the talent to make things interesting. His teams always play fundamental, and sound basketball; something our current team definitely lacks. I think he is the second best coach in the conference. I always get ridiculed for saying that but he makes the absolute most with the resources and players hes got. He is a miracle worker. Robinson is quickly getting to the Katz level. He totally out coached Rahe on Saturday. He knew exactly where our weak spot is defensively BOLOMBOY and HILL and he attacked it relentlessly. And I like Murphy, but it seems he has taken a step back this year.

As for the Cats...once again, Rahe has a lot of talent, but they aren't necessarily great basketball players. I am done with the Golden experiment. He should be coming off the bench and getting anywhere from 15-20 a game, but shouldn't be starting. He is a decent defender but he is terrible from outside, which is why he is supposedly here. Might as well give Richardson more mins or start Hayden Hunter at the PG. This team is terrible on offense and it isn't because Weber isn't talented, it is because there is no leadership on the floor. Berry was a terrible example for Senglin. Jeremy is not Berry and can't do what Davion was able to do. He needs to be a point guard and stop acting like he is the king of the floor. Get the team involved. I say start Hunter at the 1, Senglin at the 2, Gittens at the 3, Bolomboy at the 4, and Hajek at the 5. Richardson and Hill are the first off the bench.

Nope, saw it. And had WeberSki done that on the Sac State board, then open season. But on a Weber board? Seriously, you're actually bothered? And feel your whiner retort is justified to all fans here.

Here's the one that got me going before I even got to this thread. From the SUU discusion, out of nowhere and for no good addition to the discussion, we get this astute quote from you:

"Distinctly remember hearing how Weber is going to go 10 deep this year....deepest team Rahe has ever had....greatest defense in school history....blah blah blah"

Totally a troll comment. Did nothing to the discussion. Actually, discredited all the efforts you've made at being some disciplined and fair poster. Just troll crap!

I don't mind other posters from other teams coming here to make observations. But when you cross the troll line, then it's time to go away. You've done that Sac State. You've got nothing to add at this point. I invite you again to go away and hang with the numerous fans on the Sac State board...

Sac...it takes a lot to get on Utah Pirate's bad side. In my opinion he is one of the most rational and logical members of this forum. From day 1 of this season he was saying that this current Wildcat team was going to experience some serious growing pains. And it has. He said that this years team is as much about this season as it is about next season. So you can't attack him for over indulging in the purple stuff.

NAU/SUU visits coming up!...mentioned that Sacramento St had beaten EWU, was expecting to see some chest pounding (and you really deserved to). Just tell Utah Pirate to relax, sit back & drink a nice, cold purple one.

Tal....please tell me where I attacked Pirate???? I can't find it, please help me...I know I attacked olds over his belief that this would be the deepest and best defensive team in WSU history but I can't find my "attack" on Pirate

I am done with Golden and Johnson Coston. Wouldn't mind if neither one were wearing purple next year. Olds was right, JC kids just aren't what they used to be.

Sacstatesmen, I have liked going back and forth with you at times, but this is our board and sometimes a little judgment is best. You keep it up and I will change your user name to RUHS2

I was high on purple powder when I said that this would be the best defensive team WSU has had. I was equating athleticism with defensive ability. I was dead wrong. This is turning out to be one of the worse defensive teams we have had in a long, long time. We are deep in athletes,. We are not deep in leaders and confidence. Rahe's teams will never be 10 deep, because he will never play 10 guys. I really thought that more of our players would show significant improvement over the summer. I've only seen it in two players, Hill and Gittens. Three, if you count Hajek who doesn't play a lot.

I still hold hope for our team this year. Although, next year is a better bet. We may get better by subtraction next year. :coffee:

I think it's hilarious.....we both were all over RUHS.....I heard a rumor that Rahe was looking at a little guard named Ian Fox LOL.......

I think we should trade our 2 JC's for Ian Fox and one of his Redando Union teammates. It doesn't matter how tall the kid is because we will just list him at whatever height we think he should be. Everytime Fox hits a shot we could hear Carl say "What does the fox say". Oh wait.... that's right.... Ian Fox didn't hit any shots during his 3 games at ISU. That's okay at this point I still make the trade.

You inferred an attack by exhibiting Troll like behavior.

I love this lol....Actually Redondo Union has some real good underclassmen this year, Pac12 type talent

Olds what's your view on next year? Hajek is the only sure bet not to return. I'm not seeing next year as a better bet........ I think it's more of the same. I agree with Tal..... Great athletes, but poor basketball players. I'm not sure where the vision for this squad came from, but it seems blurry to me!

I guess that I am just hoping that our returning players, minus a couple, will continue to improve and that one or two of the red shirts/incoming freshmen can contribute. We will still be young, but a little more experienced than this year. :coffee:

...and finally (though I haven't said anything about this previously) if Rahe is offered twice the salary he will be gone quicker than you guys can ever imagine....I don"t care what any of you say, if you were offered double your salary you would be off to Logan in a heartbeat... besides, he's probably sick of being second guessed here anyway...

I don't think Rahe will take the USU job, at least not this go around. You don't want to be the coach to replace a legend you want to be the coach that replaces the coach after the legend. Look how the Jazz (and fans) treated Corbin. He was in a lose lose situation.
