2015 Recruiting - 18 Verbals - Updated 2/3

Any word on the DT Saluone? Seems like a position where we need a lot of help... I know we've got some guys waiting in the wings, but Lord knows you can never have too many DTs.

I couldn't find a thing on him. But I think we are pretty well stacked at DT. Monike Sarte (Pulu look alike) should be on the roster this Spring

Not sure we need that much help. Sommer, Tuili, Sarte (greyshirt), Levao, Pesefeo have tremendous size and strength. Pulu, Jordan, Ekubam, Saugen, Donohue, Stoll and Foerestal on edge look very good to me. Plus we have in the verbal list a couple of pretty good looking additions. Expect at least one surprise. Did you find any tape on Saluone? He seemed destined for FBS early season. I'd take him though :-)

edit: found HUDL. Good quickness, dominates smaller linemen. Nough said.

Coach Valeria tweeted last night that there are currently 21 verbals. Assuming that everyone on the list is correct, that's 3 players we haven't accounted for. I have a strong feeling one of them is D Hayes. Not sure on the other two.

Is signing a letter of intent for all players or only those that are being offered some portion of a scholarship?

Only players that are receiving a scholarship (full or partial). Coaches and the school can not talk about walk ons until they are enrolled at the school.
 
So far - McPherson, Schlichting, Keenan Williams, Simms, Malcolm Williams, Jim Townsend, Jack Sendelbach, Tysen Prunty, Codi McGuire, Levi Long, Ketner Kupp, have faxed in their LOI.

Was not previously tracking Sendelbach or Townsend.
