Adams, being from Newberg, OR, just wanted to be close to home with family/friends. As a DB he'll see some WR's from EWU unlike anything he's seen in high school.

Spoke to one of the Players yesterday on my daily trip, he stated that we have 12 committed. He also stated QB Moore is supposed to be here this weekend if not before, his brother is a QB for Miami. We lost three Outstanding W/Receivers, but we have some UBurners) in waiting, i.e. #7- Nic Sblendorio, #14 Jayson Williams, #Nsimba Webster, #37-Kyle Olson-Urbon, #80-Zach Eagle, #81-Stu Stiles,#82- Xavier James, #87- Terrence Grady. #37 & 82, RS last year, I can tell you they are all going to be great, and just think of the Wide Receivers coming. I haven't heard of any players leaving and it looks like the commits are staying put.

This feels like a great edition to this class! A lot of Jimmy's and Joe's on the defensive side of the football this class. Montana State commit early and opened back up. Very good tape, great high school program, great get.

My guess is we get a commit from Greene as well, kid looks like a beast...

Interesting to think of where the Eastern recruits can look forward to playing. Texas Tech, several Pac 12 teams and Florida in 2020. Sounds like fun!

Plus compete in the playoffs and potentially a national championship. Unless you are at a p5 school you can't say that you will be going after it every year.

I cleaned up the list some to include removing some players that no longer have offers or have committed somewhere else. Interesting break down so far:

3-Star: 5
2-Star: 9
Other: 1

That's a pretty impressive class so far. I'm guessing we'll see one or two more commitments before signing day.

My guess is WR and DB are two positions for which we aren't offering any more schollies this term. I think we filled those needs earlier in the recruiting cycle.

After watching film on this guy, he is a QB.....Good arm and very accurate. If he was a few inches taller, he would be 3 or 4 star QB.
