Who doesn't? At an absolute minimum, the "We Are Weber" wristband goes on at football's first kickoff and doesn't come off for ANYTHING 'till basketball is over. Game day is all about the clothing. Weber is represented very well with trinkets and pin-ups in the office as well. The wife and kids are almost represented as well. I'm one of only two (out of about 150) that I'm aware of that reps the 'cats in this way at work. Everyone else repping any schools-- office located in Ogden, by the way-- in descending order of popularity is: Aggies(by far, lots of Engineers), pukes, zoobs, WEBER, Huskers, Lumberjacks(NAU).

I'm so tired of Weber playing exhibition for byu. Can't shoot and the defense is horribly soft, slow. Where is Berry, Bolomboy, and Richardson? Where is this "complex" offensive system? Hell, where is some athleticism? Hill is supposed to be at least an average player, isn't he? He looks scared to death.

Joel & Hill are gonna have to get much tougher, especially Hill, or it's gonna be a huge liability when he's on the floor. He's so timid and looks lost. Glad to see Berry finally showed up; he needs to be a leader for this team.

Love the never say die, compete hard for all 40 minutes, coach! I especially enjoyed the packing it up there the last minute of the game. Good grief.

Looked awful at times but looked great at other times. That tech on Joel was pure bullshit. Lead to a four point possession and killed all momentum. Way to help decide a game, refs. But other than that, the officiating was surprisingly pretty good.

Not disappointed by this loss at all.
We desperately need J-Rich to score. He missed a couple wide open threes which he needs to hit. Still, I trust him on the floor more so than anyone else.

Good game. Liked what I saw. Good reffing. No nonesense. Its gonna be a fun season. First time for me to see our three fresh who will have big minutes this yr wow.
Taunting on a block??? Uh...well can't complain about the reffing. For the most part it was good.
First 10mins. Ugh!! That's what killed us.

First off:
Weatherguy I normally like your posts, but you are as whiney and negative on this board as Carlino was on the court.
The positives:
I have never seen a true freshman have as much control of the ball as Senglin had tonight. He looked exhausted at the end. He played very well and is going to be a star. I'll make the bold prediction here after one game: he will be the next Weber PG drafted in the NBA. The future is bright.
Tres is an animal.He took Mika to school. Thank you for nocking down your foul shots.
Berry turned it on in the secon half. I loved the attitude in the second half. The was starting to drop.
Bolomboy is a defensive force. Didn't like the tech but you can't drop the f bomb in someone's face in Provo.
The good streaks were amazing and the bad streaks were bad. It seemed to be very hot or cold. I still think we are the team to beat in the Sky. Tres and Bolomboy are a dominating force inside. Our athleticism is amazing!
The negatives:
JRich is not a 2 guard. I thought he struggled on both sides of the ball. I would like to see Berry play the 2 and have JRich back up Senglin at the point. We need a glue guy off the bench.
Hill looked really lost in the 2-3 zone. Haws was exploiting his side all night. He looked lost on offense too. We need this guy to get comfortable.
Berry still has happy feet sometimes. Those are the same travel calls he was getting last year.
Bolomboy needs to get the emotions in control.
Gittens should settle down. I think we should start him at the 3. He's going to be good too.
I am not sure what was called in that last time out, but it wasn't executed very well.
BYU is a good team. We never recovered from the slow start. I thought the officiating was very fair tonight. Weber got beat by a great BYU team that got off to a good start.
