Eagles in the Pros

Michael Roos looks as though he will be having surgery on his right knee. This is most likely season-ending for him. If so, he may have played his last snap in Tennessee, with him being a free-agent this offseason and Taylor Lewan lurking in the wings.

Was just going to post this. Sad news to hear. I'd imagine he still has a couple years left in his tank. Pretty damn impressive he'd only missed one game up to this point.

What a guy. Not in the pros anymore, but he was an incredible former player.

It would be nice if the OP would edit his/her very first post to keep up-to-date information (like a database) on where our Eagles are in the pros- along with their position, number and NFL/CFL year. Maybe even include the medical and readiness status? That way we have a quick reference to see how our guys are doing in the big leagues! Just my :twocents:

That's a good idea. If you wanted to start getting some info together, I can get it updated sometime this week.

Thanks. I'll update post #1 tonight with this and some links to career stats and such.

Radio 1510 interviewed TJ yesterday. He was very positive on Coach Bo and staff. Stays in concact. I did not hear about his expected return. It is a foot issue same as 2010 at EWU.

Couple things:

On the CFl side, we forgot CB Ryan Phillips, who is still playing for the B.C. Lions. Also, if you count him, LB Shea Emry plays for the Toronto Argonauts as well. He spent his first three years at Eastern before transferring back home to finish his college career at the University of British Columbia.

In the Arena world, OL Steven Forgette signed a contract with the Spokane Shock this offseason.
