What's going on with taiwan jones? He had only played on one game this year.

Injury. Don't remember where, but he is out for the season.

He has a broken foot that's kept him out. Too bad. He was at the Montana game. Noticed Roos was at the PSU game as well. :thumb:

Former FCS players on the Seahawks' roster include quarterback Tavaris Jackson, who is in his ninth NFL season out of Alabama State; wide receiver/returner Bryan Walters (Cornell, fifth); linebacker Brock Coyle (Montana, rookie); and cornerbacks Marcus Burley (Delaware, second), Jeremy Lane (Northwestern State, third) and DeShawn Shead (Portland State, third).

Tight end RaShaun Allen (Southern) and center Nate Isles (North Carolina A&T), both rookies, are on the practice squad, while another first-year player, Demitrius Bronson (Eastern Washington), is an injured practice squad player.

Jackson, Walters, Lane and Shead were members of the Seahawks' world championship team a year ago.

A guy with a very fine mustache has Rodgers as a 5th Rd Pick and McDonald as a 7th Rd Pick with Forte and Hamlin getting a FA shot. Anyone think anyone else has a shot?? My thought is beyond Rodgers we will see the others North of the border in the CFL.

I would have thought McDonald would project higher than 7th rounder. Looks like Jake Rodgers may have a legit shot at a mid-round. Definitely deserving of a shot.

Good Luck Michael Roos. You are an Outstanding Person, Student, Player in FCS, and the NFL. Glad to have known you and your wife. Now be like I am, and really enjoy "RETIRED LIFE". Thanks for everything you have done for Your Former University, and Special Olympics. I remembered when you were getting ready for the NFL Draft, I said to you, hope the Rams pick you, your reply was, "I didn't care who picked me, I just wanted to play in the NFL. You made it, and we are all very proud of you as a person, and Player.     Hope we see you some time in the near future. Vic Wallace

Saw that this morning as well. Good on him for getting out while still pretty healthy. Very classy and down-to-earth farewell message:

"To all the men I've shared the field with: I'm honored to have called you teammates. We have made memories for many lifetimes," he wrote. "I'm excited to begin the rest of my life, and I am grateful to do so now, while I am fully healthy. Although I don't know what adventure the future holds, I know there will be family, friends, travel, whiskey, cigars and beer. All a man can ask for, and more. Thank you Titans fans for your support all these years. Cheers!!"

The new coaching staff for the Oakland Raiders is claiming to have an increased role planned for Taiwan Jones. He was seen working out with the offensive team. We may see TJ at runningback again!

EWU's Mitchell brothers reunited in CFL-see below. Congratulations Cory, this is very cool. It would be fun to road trip from Spokane to Calgary, preferably when Edmonton is playing there. Lot of Eagles up north.
