EWU vs. Nicholls Game Day Thread

As bad as they played for a large chunk of the half and they are only down 4. That is a win right there. They need to feed off that huge 10 point swing and come out throwing punches at Nicholls in the 2nd half. Let's go Eags!!
 
Nicholls is a good team, well coached. Eastern hardly looked awake, played heads down and seemed mostly disinterested. Guessing Coach Best will have something to say at half. As poorly as the team played, worst case would have been two scores down.. Don't think Nicholls can play much better and not sure Eags can play worse. Yes, that is a good thing. Big second half coming up.
 
That special teams TD was a huge 10 point swing. Hopefully that provides the spark this team needs. Just rust from the bye week?

Maybe a little, but Nicholls is a good team. I think it’s a combination of a lack of game reps and just playing a really good opponent. I think we turn it around in the 3rd.
