Ok. I guess now I need to worry about the offense! Projected QB starter 5 of 16? OUCH.

HAve you noticed yet that every other schremage is won by the offense, and the opposite schremage is won by the defense?

I think the HC is give very specific game like conditions and is scripting the plays to allow for one side of the ball to learn from their failures, or successes.

These are not game like real world test.

And these guys have got to be sick of looking at the same ole sweaty guy on the opposite side of the ball by now.

You guys take it easy on our poor beat up offensive line in a couple of weeks.

You guys are probably going to beat us 999-0 (please to try to keep it under 1,000).

P.S. Almost time to tailgate!

After all that the projected game time temperatures are a high of 86 and a low of 66 /users/31/07/37/smiles/700923.gif Go figure.

/users/31/07/37/smiles/700923.gif With 96% humidity /users/31/07/37/smiles/700923.gif (and don't count on the 66

That 66 (humidity) doesn't sound bad at all. For that matter, 86 (temp) doesn't either. As for winning by 1000 (!) I'd settle for 1, though one or two touchdowns would be more respectable.

I think the 66 is the humidity ( 66%)

Uh, the 66 is the record all time low for Sept. 1. The average temps are 90 high/ 72 low.

Right now the 7PM forecast for the next few days is 87 with a 72% humidity making a heat index of 98 at gametime. And don't expect that to be much cooler in just 10 days. We normally don't start to get cooler weather down here until late October. September is usually almost as hot as August. That is why the prime hurricane season is August and September.

If any of you guys are interested, pictures of our second scrimmage can be found at the link below.

P.S. Try to keep the score on our poor little players below a 100.

6:00 PM 92 degrees, only 52% humidity but it feels like 99 degrees. I guess its possible we could have a cold front come through on the 1st /users/31/07/37/smiles/700923.gif

I'm sure the temp will drop a few degrees in the next hour (kickoff time on the 1st)

I can handle the home team winning by the same score as last time.

Why don't we go back to the time before that?? /users/31/07/37/smiles/595146.gif

2004 was probably the worst team we have had in the last 20 or so years. Everybody beat the crap out of us that year. So that was no big accomplishment.

All I can MSU fans is you are not playing Tim Walsh's "We will fall under expectations every season" Viking football team. This new era and the hype around it may consume the Cowboys. Good luck in 10 days but not really. /users/31/07/37/smiles/595146.gif

Based on the 10-day forecast, game time temperature will be 79 degrees with sunset shortly after the start of the game. Because of high humidity it will feel like 86 degrees at game time with likely thunder showers.

This is much better than had been expected. By the end of the first quarter it will be 75 and feel like 79.
