Almost zero.
Almost? It's zero!
I would have thought this last game would have finally squashed talk on this thread. It really hasn't been that difficult to figure out who this team is this season, especially after the injury dust settled: a middle-of-the-pack team, playing a relatively weak schedule.

Agreed, School buses should have seat belts.
Hearts are out to all the families involved in that terrible accident

I know this is a football forum however baller Rahe has a larger field to compete against than Hill. All d-1 compared to FCSballer said:I believe that Hill has put this program on a positive track and that the team will get better and better. I am disappointed that they didn't do better today but to be truthful I thought they were way over matched even before the game began. So I am not surprised at the obvious difference in the two teams. But, as someone else here said, it is just another step. The important thing is that we have a coach who is not satisified with anything less than a national championship of FCS. That is a great thing, especially in the light of our bball coach who has very uninspiring goals for this team.
Boy I sure hope that Hill has a decent year next year for respects sake of course.baller said:LTCat, thanks for informing me of the difference between FCS football and Division 1 basketball. I learn so much on this forum... How could I have missed such an important distinction when I compared the goal of Hill for his football team and the goal of Rahe for his basketball team? So stupid me... Sure glad I have this forum to set me straight.
Regardless of my newfound understanding, I still am happy that we have a football coach whose desires reflect reasonable goals for the team versus a basketball coach who revels in some years being the big fish in the little pond and other years adeptly excuses the fact that his team is poorly coached and thus underperforms. Personally I will always take the guy who wants to take a program to greater heights. I have no tolerance for anyone (coach or forum blogger) who accepts sub par results as ok... Thats just who I am and on this forum it seems it makes me not a true Weber fan.
