My point exactly...
Montana might not be getting good value on their investment dollar, but I have no doubt about the dedication they have to their athletic programs. Sadly, this is where they diverge with Eastern. We have all kinds of things working in our favor with a quality team and rapidly growing enrollment and a generally positive team image, yet our admin does nothing to ensure success. I don't think anyone on this thread is asking for best-in-conference facilities, but I do expect the university to get us up to par with the rest of the conference. That means getting to 12,000 or more permanent seats. Having this drag on for so long to have the AD completely throw the vehicle into reverse is discouraging to the Nth degree.

I hope you catches me and pass me. I should have most of my $50,000.00 Scholarship Pay Back Donation very soon, if not this year, will be completed before Feb. 2017, should I still be alive. Even after my pay back for Scholarships, I will continue to donate. Still have about $1500.00 to go this year, which includes donation to MBB, Women Volley Ball, Women Soccer, and Track and Field. This is something I am very proud of. After retiring from US Air Force on Feb 1, 74, I was hired by EWU Police Oct. 1974, retired from EWU Police Aug 31st 1995. Love what I have learned from EWU as an Employee, and the respect I have gained from all I came in contact with my time at EWU. Now I devote my time to the Practices of our FB Team, and other Sports. Glad to have met you at the Lobster Feed in April. The things you are talking about are very welcomed. I have given up, it seems as if no one is either hearing us or listening to us. This will not cause me to stop donating, I am doing this for our Students, and their Athletic Programs. You are young enough to continue to "Give Them Hell". and good luck. To All,
The practices on Tuesday and Thursdays, are from 4 p.m. to 5:40 p.m. The entire team is our there running their Plays, and doing very well. There have been so many damn ACL /MCL injuries, I am starting to become concerned. There are some Players that are injured, and I hope they all are better by the time the coaches are out there to get them really going. Don't get me wrong, they are working very hard. After practice on Thursday, the defense went and ran the hills, those young men are in very great shape, and are working very hard. Go Eagles!!!!! Vic Wallace

This is good news guys. The GWP was never going to happen and they finally put a bullet in it. Secondly, the red turf looks terrible with the pink track. thats why "they" are bringing up new stadium location ideas.. bc lifting the turf, digging down to lower the playing surface.... etc just to remove the track is out! Here's the best, most affordable idea.
1. same stadium sight.
2. remove & relocate the track with the bleachers. lower the field if funds exist. if not, its ok.
3. build new eastside stand closer to the field than the westside if field is not lowered.
4. build *permanent eastside stands (with amenities) that look something like this:
Problem Solved!
