You might want to wait on your period.

Chadrock - it looks like you will have a nice squad this year and I wish you luck in every game except this one next year. I stand by my period though - I don't think you are going to come into Greeley and win. The staff knows that would devastate the Bears season with an opening game blowout and then a majorly demoralizing home loss. The Bears will be ready and you won't catch them overconfident like you did MSU last year.

We all should take off our blue and gold glasses and face the fact that Chadrone is a better team then UNC. We'll lose this game in my opinion. They're just a better team with probably the best running back in all of college football. Of course this is based on last years squad and we could be a lot better, who knows?

This game actually will be a bit of a blessing in disguise. It will present the opportunity for someone, anyone, to step up and make a difference. If anyone on this team wants to write their name in the history books this is their chance. Step up and be the deciding factor in a win and you're a legend! Lose the game and you're a part of the history we all try to forget. So the challenge is there for the current players, do you want to be a legend or apart of our amnesia?

It's good that some of you believe in your team so much, you should believe and support them. I just wouldn't get my hope up for a sure victory against CSC. I do believe it could go either way, I watched almost every CSC game last year and only 1 UNC game last year. If you have not improved quite a bit it will be hard for UNC to win. In the mid 90's CSC wouldn't have had much of a chance to even keep it close, but times are different. Either way I'm looking forward to the game. Period :)

Week 2 is make it or break it time, that is a fact.

If we were looking for an easy RMAC win, we got the wrong squad scheduled. CSC, may well be the best RMAC team ever, and they return a bunch from last years squad. Danny Woodhead is the fastest and best running back on any team on our schedule, you can only stop him by getting the whole D-line into the back field, if not, there he goes.

A chance to step up and make a name for one's self it is, especially if you are a defensive lineman.

It will boil down to a matter of pride.

The Guru of D2 football lists these chadron players in his pro-hopefuly category. This will give UNC fans a list of players to watch during the game from CSC.

RB Danny Woodhead Chadron State
CB Beau Wendling Chadron State - Brother played at WY and got drafted in this past draft.
FS Paul Schweger Chadron State
OT/OG John Strand Chadron State
WR Logan Stropko Chadron State
