The new press box was emphasized and Larry ask him and are you improving the stands? Well, Collins dodged the question then Larry asked him directly so are the stands getting changed and/or improved? Collins much have been a politician is his other life as he did a great job not answering but deflection into going back to the phase 2 improvements (minus the stands) and mentioned phase 3...briefly. Said new turf coming. Take that for what it's worth. We shall see....
