UNLV game

Why even punt the ball?

For ISU, there are three things that can happen when you punt the ball and two of them are bad.

1. Sanders is not ready
2. Kick game- ISU needs to quit trying to pin teams and just kick it out of the back of the endzone.
3.Play calling I don't know who is calling it Cross or Kramer but it sucks. Open the playbook. X needs to run the ball 20+ times a game Mangum needs it thrown at him at least 20+ throw it over the middle quit playing it safe or you will never win.
4. Scheduling it is not about money it is about ego and pride. If it was money ISU could move money around and make it work so I don't buy that.
5. The culture at ISU athletic department, alumni and marketing has got to change. Until ISU is willing to make changes and push football nothing will change. ISU games feel like a mix of a trade show and bad relief-society mutual night church event. The only way this is going to happen is if people are fired or retire so we can actually get some people with a big picture mentality in place. I think that Jeff has done a good job but he needs to fix a ton.

At this rate, Jerry is going to lose the good turnout of 6 people for the coaches show.

Honestly, why would you ever go hang out at a car dealership for a coaches show.... weird.

Utah now up 62-13 over Oregon.

6. I have always thought the best thing to happen to ISU would be Holt Arena burning down.

See my post #5 that is what I am talking about.
If it was about football, fan involvement the coach's show would be a with fans.

Let's just hope this team can put this game behind them and move on. I have a bad feeling that we may not recover from this loss and the team will lose any confidence it had going into this season.

I would be very surprised if ISU goes 500. Bunch of season ticket holders including myself are ready to return out tickets.

It would have been a good time to rebrand the product (i.e. broadcasts) when the media contract went with Riverbend, but que sera sera...

IMO, ISU will not go 0.500 and be lucky to win 1 or 2 more games.

Regarding you and a bunch of your buddies turning in your tickets. Turn in your tickets and then buzz off.
