what do you all think?
Baldwin should close practices this week. I know for a fact Montana has had spies at practice in the past.Rjones61 said:Expect a lot of smoke and mirrors from the coaching staff. They are going to make Montana prep for VA regardless of whether he plays. Personally, I think if they announce he will play late in the week, then JW is the starter. If we get total silence, VA could very well be cleared.

+1 He should definitely close practices.

Tough to close practice, Inferno and practice fields are not exacly Fort Knox.

Broken metatarsals aren't a huge issue... typically recovery time is one month. There's really no concern of making the problem worse if he plays, if he can't handle the pain, you sit him and bring him back in two weeks.
Don't forget, he also hurt his MCL, which reinjury can have severe consequences.LDopaPDX said:You guys are nuts. He'll play. Having broken the same bones in both feet at different times as VA, I know that he can come back relatively quickly from that injury. If it is only the foot I say he plays Saturday, but if it is his knee too then we might be with West again. Of course this is only my opinion which doesn't carry much weight.
