Rjones,
My post is not a rebuff of anything you have posted. I don't believe in letting our enemies know what we are going to do as a team, let them find out after the game have started. I think that is fair. Also I noticed earlier in a post where you apologize for a post you had made, and why you made the post. I think it was late in In Oct. 14. That is what I call an exceptional individual, we all need to admit when we are wrong. Take care, and Go Eagles!!!!! Vic Wallace p.s. DON'T FORGET TO VOTE TODAY. I voted about two weeks ago Absentee Ballot. Vic

The QB's are a tight group as a whole and, being a former QB, Beau relates to them well. Jordan has done a respectable job in the games he's started and he probably earned the right to start the game.
Beau is tricky enough and likes consistently so I would expect Jordan to start and regardless if we are leading or not Vernon will get popped into the game enough to keep the Griz defense off balance and cause them to burn at least one time out.

I would love to see Vernon pop into the game, but West should get the start 100%, what an awesome confidence boost after playing lights out against North Dakota and their great defense.

CBB said on Monday night coaches show he'll practice and they'll see how he does. I'll be shocked if VA doesn't play unless he has a setback in his recovery.

This game's too important to leave to chance.

At the beginning of this poll, I submitted that VA would play. However, with this development, my guess is that JW will play.

I think that if VA were playing, the coaches would do their best to make it seem he is ineligible. If he were not playing, coaches would elude that he is eligible to play for the game. Or I'm getting duped. We'll just have to see on Saturday! :D

I think if VA is practicing, he's playing. Practicing means he is most likely medically cleared, barring a setback, I'd expect VA out there on Saturday.

Although we win regardless who starts.

I still doubt he starts.

Thanks Vic, top of the line compliment coming from you. And I knew you wouldn't squeak a word, even though I have a feeling you know something the rest of us don't!

Has Forte been practicing this week? He gave us a bit of a scare at the UND game! In my opinion, our victory hinges more on Forte than it does Vernon Adams or Jordan West.

Rjones,
I was attempting to keep everything quiet about Vernon, however, since the TV Stations let the cat out of the bag, Vernon did practice yesterday, doesn't look like he missed a step after missing 5 games. :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: .    Forte is out at practice, however, he is taking it a little easy. I was cold out there yesterday, and everything will be a little harder with the cold, especially my little old bones ;) ;) ;) :( :( :( From what I saw, we are ready to go. Bleachers are all over the field, the Touchdown Club is not there for this game, however, the two on the opposite end of the Score Board are in place. Bleachers all behind the Score Board, from one side to the other. Thanks for your kind words, I did knew a little more about VA. ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)   Go Eagles!!!!!Vic Wallace

To All,
Now that VA/Forte, are on the field practicing, hope we do not push them too hard due to the cold weather after injuries. I was out there yesterday, and it was windy and cold. Will be out there today, and make sure these bones are covered to the limit, same for Saturday :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: Those young Players are looking great, will be great addition to the team.. Go Eagles!!!!! Vic Wallace

VA will play..shocking news. ;) Dude is a hell of a player. Game/rivalry wouldn't be the same without him. Hesitant to say rivalry, but whatever. Griz fans respectfully hate what you guys have built. :thumb:

Expect another close game in this great rivalry.

Went to my first EWU/UM game in Missoula and expected the worse in terms of treatment from the Griz fans before, during and after the game. Just the opposite occurred. Great atmosphere and very cordial treatment from the Griz fans.

Have a feeling this is more of must win for UM than EWU. EWU will still be in the playoffs with a loss Sat and a win vs PSU. Have a feeling UM needs to win out to get in the playoffs.

Speaking only from this Eagles fan's perspective, I respectfully hate (and am a bit envious) of what you guys have built. This is going to be one hell of a game and my anxiety level is high and ability to focus on anything else is severely limited (like anything I say, think or do will have any impact on Saturday's outcome).

Shout out to all fans on both sides: please be cordial to each other. We are all people and the only difference between us is the color of the shirts/hats/etc. we're wearing. Not even worth mentioning to 99% of the people but there is always that 1%........

Good work on the deception front coaching crew :thumb:

I don't think there's any deception going on here. I would imagine that he's just been cleared medically in the last couple of days to be able to practice and the coaches and trainers want to see what kind of condition he's in. My money would still be on West to make the start.
