Rumor has it that he'll sign with EWU if he doesn't get any D1 offers. Hoping to get a Pac-12 offer but none so far.

I seriously doubt BOZO football players are skiing and ice climbing. Now go watch the BBQ cool as we prepare to dominate you again.

To be fair, 26-10 is pretty dominant, although you definitely had our number there for a couple years. But prior to 2010, it's been all Eastern for the most part.

Ranger, do you know if the Eagles are looking at Michael Kluge? Kid is a FREAK, check him out

Did you watch those vids, Kid rolls over people, word is that FBS schools think he is too short. I also read somewhere that said he wanted to play in the Big Sky. Would be one hell of a get!!

Not that I know of, but who knows. I think a lot of Big Sky schools would find it hard to get around his height. But still, dude's got skills.

Speaking of which, I don't know how many schollies we have left to give, but it'd be nice to see a couple big lineman amongst the next few verbals. That Philips kid from Oregon looks legit, I find it really hard that Best would pass up an opportunity on a kid like that.

I can understand wanting to play in the Pac-12, but sometimes recruits hold out too long waiting for those offers and the ones they have end up going away. Hope that's not the case with this guy.

Personally, I only want kids that WANT to play here and be part of something special, but I know it doesn't always work out that way. It's a dirty business, lots of "negative" recruiting happens especially at the Montana schools.

Looks like Blake Braun is visiting MSU this weekend. Hopefully Baldwin can hang on to him, but I don't like the sound of his tweets.

Geez, that would be a huge loss so late in the game, but these things happen. Hopefully he sticks with his commitment and doesn't drink the Boobs Koolaid.

I agree but hard to pass up that flavor of koolaid at 18 years old.

clawman,
He is probably a "FLATFOOT" like I am/ for 39+ years, that is what us Cops were called many moons ago. ;) ;) ;) Saw Benjamin Gossmire (sp), Jaylan Moore, and another Recruit today while visiting campus, didn't have time to stop and talk. Also saw Derek Westin, Cassidy Curtis, and Will Katao, they just can't wait to get started.

They were working on what they need to accomplish, and get better at it. I don't worry about Oral Commits, I have seen so many of them come and go. I will wait and see what Coach has to say Thursday Feb 6th. I am not worried, Our Coaches will come with some talent. I remembered talking with Coach Graham just before I got sick, he said "Vic" we lost so great Athletes, but the cubord is not bare, we just have to replenish it, which they will do come Feb. 6th, 13. Hope to see some of you tomorrow at WBB Game, they are looking good, hope they continues to look good. Go Eagles!!!!! Vic

To All,
Remember this Local Recruit, Jake Hoffman, North Central High School, played every position except DL/OL, saw some of the things he does on FB Field, very impressive. Vic

And how they develop, work ethic, and team chemistry has a lot to do with it too.

Glad to hear that Gossemeyer is still in the program... the way Baldwin spoke of him last Feb, he could be a beast at DE for us. I hope so, we'll need help at that spot this fall. Hope all is well with you, Vic! :thumb:

The Seattle Times has listed their 100 top prospects in Washington. Of the two Blue and 16 Red chip prospects all but two (Sammie Long, WR, Lakes and Tatum Tylor, CB, O'Dea) have committed orally to FBS schools. All six of those from Washington who have reported to have given oral commitments to Eastern are on the list of eighty six White chip recruits (only two- Gall and Gamboa, however, are listed in the Times article as orally commited to EWU. Tate, Havili, Hoffman, and Tucker are on the white chip list but not listed as committed. Cody Moorhead, DE from Hazen, who is reported to have an offer from the Eagles and has visited and Andre Lino, OL, Blanchet, who has also visited are on the top 100 list.
