2019 Big Sky Games

Montana State and Ewash should be favored by a lot more..

MSU (-11.5) over UNC
UM (-17) over UI
Sac (-13.5) over NAU
WSU (-16.5) over UND
PSU (+3.5) over UCD
EWU (-6.5) over ISU

Hammering the favorites this week.

Okay, I'll pick some upsets.

Sat, Nov 9
MSU @ UNC #
UI(+17) @ UM #
Sac @ NAU #
UND @ WSU #
UCD @ PSU (+3.5) #
EWU @ ISU(+6.5) #

I'm probably screwed.

Thomson not expected to play at NAU. Their backup looked pretty good after throwing that first pick. 2nd pick wasn't entirely his fault. I still think Sac St wins.

No upsets today. Sac St with the miracle win without Thomson. Hornets recovered an onside kick to set up the winning drive after being down 10 in the final two minutes. Backup Dunniway throws 4 TDs. I think they locked up a playoff spot with that win. UM and Weber wins sets up a huge matchup in Missoula.

MSU - Bobcats win and cover
UM - Griz win and cover
Sac - This one has the potential to be close but NAU has given up on the season. Sac St wins regardless of who starts at QB.
WSU - Wildcats win and cover
UCD - Hardest one to call but UCD still has something to play for with a sliver of hope left for a playoff bid. PSU has nothing to play for and no fans to play in front of.
EWU - Eagles win and cover by a lot. EWU loves to run up the score.

6-0

SUU still finds a way to lose at home on a BYE week.

6-0, 7-0 with SUU losing the BYE

Weber and SUU with the mild upsets. UCD barely holds on and crushes the playoff seed hopes of the Bobcats who are looking past them to the Brawl of the Wild.

Do you really believe Weber is winning this one? Would you put money on it or are you just going with your team? I'm just curious. You better believe I want them to win and will be yelling at the TV but if it came down to it, I would probably put my $ on UM. I have a hard time believing our secondary will hold their own against the UM pass game. Not real confident in our offense either, especially if JD out.

My view of this team changed a bit after the Davis and Sac games. I really didn't think they'd win those games, especially the Sac game. This team just seems to have that "can't lose" attitude. Even when everyone is picking against them or the odds don't look good (UND game). So, I really think they can win this game. But, I'm not overly confident. I honestly think it's 50/50 they win. If I was a betting man, which I am, I'd take Weber plus the points and the over. Should be a great game.

Agreed. 50/50 I picked Weber with my heart and my head though. I think Weber will own the line of scrimmage on defense which will help the secondary immensely.

That's what I hoped for with UND but it didn't really happen, and that worries me.

I felt pretty good about their chances @UCD. I worried about @SAC but felt more confident about the overall team matchups giving Weber a good chance to pull that one out, but did not expect as ?easy of a W there. I hope that "can't lose" attitude (bend, don't break, grind it out style) comes through again. Winning out would be a fantastic over-achieving feat in my eyes.
