2019 Big Sky Games

North Dakota has home field advantage and the better QB but I think Montana State is the better all around team. MSU controls the line of scrimmage and gets out with a win.

EWU (+7.5) over UM

EWash has their backs against the wall and it looks like Sneed will be out for Montana. I’m taking the 7.5 points.

SUU (+7.5) over ISU

Long bus trip for Idaho State. I don’t really trust them yet and SUU can throw the ball a bit. Taking the home dog.

NAU (+2.5) over PSU

Cookie at home, at elevation, as an underdog vs a mediocre outfit. Taking the points

WSU (+2.5) over UCD

Homer pick. It’s a toss up. I think we can run the ball well enough to win this. Davis’ run d hasn’t been horrible but everyone besides SUU has found success ground. Our d-line really needs to Harris’s Maier.

Sac (-14.5) over CP

Cal Poly is praying for a letdown game from Sac. It’s too hard for me to bet against Sac right now.

# Big Sky Conference Game
 
All pretty large spreads this week. Before last week I thought PSU might have a chance against UM, but now I think UM wins easily. Toughest call is the big one in Sacramento. Hope I'm wrong but I'm picking Sac to win, but Weber to cover the spread.

MSU - This one's over by halftime
EWU - This one's closer than the spread suggests
ISU - This one's not as close as the spread suggests
UI - Poly is not very good and UI is a different team at home
UM - UM will probably have more fans than PSU at this one
Sac - Sac in a close one :ohno:

I like your picks, but I'm not sure about UM covering the spread. PSU has some talent and they seem to play their best against the Griz. I wouldn't be totally shocked to see a PSU win. Maybe just a little bit shocked. :lol:
 
MSU goes scoreless in the 2nd half but stills blows out SUU 42-7.

Not a Sky game but UNI beats up Illinois St on the road 27-10. Weber's win over UNI looking to be a great win to have on their resume.

My opinion is that UI took all the wind out of ISU's sails and left them reeling. ISU was the better team but got beat by a team that was playing loose. We all missed that one. :coffee:

Sac - This one has the potential to be close but NAU has given up on the season. Sac St wins regardless of who starts at QB.
WSU - Wildcats win and cover
UCD - Hardest one to call but UCD still has something to play for with a sliver of hope left for a playoff bid. PSU has nothing to play for and no fans to play in front of.
EWU - Eagles win and cover by a lot. EWU loves to run up the score.
