Eastern Washington @ Montana: Official GDT

#6 is totally lost out there. it's crazy to me that we don't have a player better than a freshman to start at corner. where is Wadood???

That blows my mind, too. Wadood never sees the field; Jake Hoffman at Montana up last year and isn't seeing the field. The guys we've put on the field are getting hammered by a poor offense.

That D End is offsides damn near every play.

I agree with this. Holmes is across the line of scrimmage before the ball is snapped...but the refs are not going to call it, clearly.

tons of holding, too. doesn't even matter the way we're playing. absolutely infuriated that an all senior offensive line is playing so frickin badly for the biggest game of the year.

The game plan was fine early on. We were running the ball well. Just too many miscues like the fumbled snap and not picking up the blitz. Unfortunately we will have to throw the ball the rest of the game to have any chance to get back into this game.

Jonah Jordan started game 1 against Oregon, got injured, been ready to play since game 4...hasn't seen the field since, in fact not even traveling ...the defensive coaching, as I've said all year long, needs to be fired or re-assigned. Yes, I said it. I'm tired of watching D2 defensive coaching.

“The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results"

i agree. mix up the coaches if they don't want to send anyone packing, but something needs to change. our defensive line hasn't even been decent since 2013, and that was because we had Pulu, not because of coaching.

It's only 3 tds. I'm still optimistic. I've seen this so many times.

Same here. We will need to score on our first series, though, and hope we get some breaks down the stretch. So far we haven't gotten any.

The offense looked like it was starting to get things figured out towards the end of the half. We need to be more effective when we get our opportunities in the red zone.

Yes, frustrating, but this was always going to be a rebuilding year. Look at how much we lost from last year's team.

Yeah but thats not an excuse for looking like absolute dog shit.

Oh, I agree. Trust me.
I suspect that this is preaching to the choir, but during a rebuilding process, you like to see a team play better, later in the season.

We can come back. First drive is crucial though. If we score on the first drive then get a stop, we're in business. Need to find a way to get a stop though.
