Patrick Green has decommitted from EWU. :ohno:

Also, from Scout on Connor Cain:

2014 Heritage two way lineman Connor Cain reports the University of Wyoming has made an offer. The 6-4 255 pound defender finished his career with a strong senior season.

Cain’s body of work, athleticism and high motor brought offers from multiple FCS programs. In early November Cain made a verbal commit to Eastern Washington.

The Wyoming offer comes as former North Dakota State Head Coach Craig Bohl takes the reins of the Cowboy program. Wyoming assistant coach Pete Kaligis, who was retained by Bohl, made the offer to Cain.

Currently Cain is standing pat on his Eastern Washington verbal, but there is quite a bit of time before LOI day and a DI offer and the chance to play for Bohl, who will coach NDSU through playoffs in an attempt to lead the Bison to their third straight title

Conner Cain just for info sake was the Lineman of the Year in his Conference, 1st Team All Conference and named to the SIX ZERO Strength All Colorado Team. He was also selected to play in the Colorado All State Game.

Rivalsl just announced that Cole Karstetter, **Ferris, WR/DB, 5-11 170, has made a solid verbal commitment to Eastern. He was named second team db on the AP Washington All-State team, and was the Defensive MVP of the Greater Spokane League.

Is he of the WSU Karstetter family?

I assume the thought is to play him as a safety? Or does he have enough speed to play corner? Either way, at a buck seventy, a hard weight routine will bulk this kid up!

Yes he is from the same family. NW Preps has him listed at 5'10" 190lb. Cool article states he has over 1100 yds on ground avg 9 ypc.

As far as sheer size goes, Littleton, Co., native Conner Cain was hard to miss. The 6-foot-4, 255-pound athlete has played on both the offensive and defensive lines in high school but says going forward he’s focusing on defense.

Cain, who showed impressive quickness and speed for his size, says that he has received interest from Colorado, Colorado State, Montana, Eastern Washington and Wyoming

One bright spot was the consistent play of 2014 lineman Conner Cain. The 6-4 255 pound DE/OT was named to multiple All-Conference and All-State squads for his play on both sides of the ball.
A multi sport performer who also plays basketball and is on the track team, Cain brings his athleticism to the trenches on both sides of the ball. A 4.7 forty, 4.56 pro agility and 32 inch vertical, Cain has many of the tools necessary to take his game to the college level.

We'll get Green and Cain back on board with a NC win.

A few EWU verbals made the 2013 AP Washington All-State team list

http://www.tri-cityherald.com/2013/12/19/2738883/2013-ap-washington-all-state-team.html

Excited to see the class unfold.

Although it's great recognition for the kids who made the list, I wouldn't take much stock in the AP All state popularity contest.

Jonah Jordan at Mead is the best lineman in the GSL and east of the mountains period, and by far! Received 3 D1 offers when he was a junior. In addition, is the only 3 year all league lineman and the only player that has D1 (3 full ride offers in additon to preferred walk on interest from BSU and Oregon) offers in the GSL, yet wasn't even mentioned???? Now that's a head scratcher :(???????

A Local writer contacted him and told him he got robbed, but Jonah now has a chip on his shoulder and is anxious to be an eagle! 53 days until signing day!

Can anyone help Me out and help get this kid a look from EWU here is his Senior Highlights Corey Harrison Senior Highlight's @Hudl http://www.hudl.com/athlete/500631/highlights/111533381" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; he will play OL OR DL
