2012 Football Verbal Commitments

Oh i know that I am way ahead of myself, just curios if anyone had any opinions. I'm pretty mixed up on who plays where, who is still here, who left, who will be graduating, and who is injured. I will try and pay more attention. :oops:

I can confirm that the Army rivals site is reporting that he committed to us.

Here is his highlites. This is a good get. I have been hoping we would get him since I heard he visited in December. This group of WR's has a chance to be really exciting. We may have gotten a OL committ this weekend also.

I heard a handful of lineman committed this weekend. Not sure who they are, but heard a number from the Boise Valley were in, including some preferred walk-ons. We will see.
 
I have heard that Montana Gessell, 6'4" 280 lbs. OL chose to stay at ISU over offers from Snow JC and D2 Dixie St. I watched Highland play nearly every game this year, and to me, he'd be a great fit for the Center or Guard position.. Good pass blocker that can run out and engage on WR screens, etc. I'm interested to see where some of the Poky High prospects end up.
 
I believe the OL in this weekend were Tim Crenshaw from Birmingham Alabama, (is not coming). Andres Meza El Capitan HS San Diego (think he comitted not sure). Cody Abbott Meridian HS (Dont know if he is coming) and Sully Wiefuls Eagle (not sure). I dont know if the Idaho kids were offered but they are both good players with good size.
 
KW Williams out of Jefferson HS in Auburn, WA is rumored to have given a verbal to the Bengals. From what I am hearing he is one of the biggest prizes in this years recruiting class and a candidate to play immediately.
 
I'm glad to hear that about Mitchell from Skyline.. I thought he was a great player and has the frame, and speed to be a rising star at LB or SS one day.. I bet he's on scholarship within 2 years or less..
