I just saw that Stetzon Bair is a jc transfer to Oregon this year. Didn't he sign with ISU a few years back?

Yes Stetzon did sign with ISU a while back, and I was wondering what happened to him. I thought he may have gone on a mission or something. His brother, Brandon, was a star defensive tackle for Oregon for the last few years.
