Shaping up to be a damn good class, Rasmussen or not. Maybe he heard DJ Martin is becoming eligible, and didn't want to ride deep pine behind him, Forte, Moore, Brown, etc.

Looks like the Greene kid and Connor Cain must be goners given the influx of kids late. I don't think we had 24 schollies available, so some must be partials. But that probably completes the class. I think there's only one missing.

All of us will see how smart our Coaches are. I couldn't do what they are doing with as little Scholarships we have getting these Outstanding Recruits. Now we will have to wait and see their performances on the field. "Is Spring Practice Here Yet"? W/O sounding mean, we will not lose much with the ones that de-commited. Most young Athletes would like to get a full Scholarship if possible, I think that is why they left. Good luck to all that left. Noon will be here soon, and we will see the talent that our Coaches are bringing to EWU. Will be there at Northern Quest by 10:45 hrs, need time to walk to the room. I've never followed the part of the process until this year, and experienced people have said that typically the amount of people that actually sign LOI's are a good percentage smaller than those that give verbal commitments. At this point, according to the last list of verbals I saw, only two player's letters have not come through, and four additional players have signed that weren't on the list. Looking at other teams recruiting classes, I am blown away at the effectiveness of EWU recruiting. Awesome!!!

Great Class!!!! Getting Simba was the last key step to a great effort by this coaching staff. I will tell you that they almost lost a few of these kids late in the game to bigger D1A schools (including my kid), but in the end- what a effort by this coaching staff to hold it all to together. I'm simply impressed, glad it's over, and excited :clap: :clap: :clap: :clap: :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: !

Did EWU just get Kaufman, Herd and Edwards again? With leadership like Mitchell and Kupp at WR, these new WR's will shine.

We continue to attempt to develop a running game yet we do not end up with many running backs. How does that work?

Forte is back next year and if DJ Martin is eligible next year, we are fine, more than fine....

I believe we had 5 RBs on the roster this year, and only Bronson left. Considering we are a single-back team, that's a pretty good number of guys.
