Coaching rumors

Beau will be coaching at EWU until the National Championship or the next loss. Once the EWU football season is over, Beau will be off to his next job within a month, if not sooner.

No idea where it will be, but he is gone. Great coach with a great future in big time football.

Well another coach with Pac 12 roots is on the market. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers released Jeff Tedford. I wonder if OSU would pull an "out of left field" move and consider him.

maybe, maybe not. either way it'll be a good deal for EWU in the long run.

OK article, did like the supposition on AF Coach Calhoun. Like what he does there and he has several players from my area, so we follow them. Think he would be a good fit at Oregon State. The poll was skewed, probably because clawman posted it here, or is that what Beav fans truly believe? Good one clawman.

Gonna head over to eGriz and find out what I should think now

Whats that all about? I just posted the article that is all over the internet. I am one of the biggest fans of coach Baldwin AND his staff. I DO NOT want to see him leave but it is inevitable he will leave at some point. I would not think OSU is the best place to take your first FBS job. Winning in the Pac 12 is tough enough but at OSU is only slightly better than WSU.
Me posting this article is in NO way contributing to Beau leaving ... if he does.

I don't think he was criticizing you.

Should have said "good FIND clawman". Who amongst the Eag faithful wouldn't think Baldwin the best choice for OSU? Hence, the poll could have been skewed; don't know, just saying. Wasn't aiming any criticism at you. Leave that for the eGrizzer's. Fully expected them to comment on the article, so the comment about heading over to eGriz to get my mind right. Enjoy the live game tomorrow as I plug my laptop into an HDMI port and get inadequately streamed media via ESPN3.

Should I change the tag line? “It's all clawman's fault” ;-) Just a joke dude.

Two pieces of interesting notes from the site:
Oregon State: Jeff Tedford’s agent tells The Oregonian he’s interested in the Oregon State job and views it as a destination job.
Calgary Stampeders: Head coach / general manager John Hufnagel says the 2015 CFL season will be his last as coach, and offensive coordinator / assistant head coach Dave Dickenson will take over as head coach in 2016.

while Baldwin had a base salary $166,420, according to records obtained this week from EWU Human Resource Services.

Interesting. Isn't that similar to what Delaney's base salary was reported to be at Montana? Many Montana folks were suggesting that Baldwin could double his salary at Montana, which seems to be be just another bold-faced lie. :ohno:

I wouldn't quite call it a lie, more so just blatant ignorance.

I didn't realize it was so high. He deserves it. Hopefully the coaches are making enough to have their own apartment now.

eGriz talk... same same

Ive heard Wulff's name thrown around quite a bit in reference to the montana job. Another one is Bill Blankenship who is the former head coach of Tulsa.
