Introduce yourself

I went to PSU a little bit. Went to a lot of games when Pokey was coach. Have some great memories of PSU wins over McNeese State and Montana a couple years ago. Around the same time was in Hawaii and got to see the Warriors beat both Northwestern and Michigan State. I like that PSU connection with June Jones and Mouse. They have an awesome team and it was a great day when I heard Jerry and Mouse were coming to PSU. There's one way to quiet the Grizz Beat 'em. Go Viks!

I'm here to talk Portland State and Aztec football until a couple of weeks after the game this upcoming season.

I am totally addicted to Aztec Athletics and have been since 1977 when I attended San Diego State.

I am the luckiest person in the world. I live in the city that I love (San Diego) and live right on my favorite beach in the world (Mission Beach) and am able to attend and follow the team I love (Aztecs).

Life is beautiful. Enjoy every second of it..........and most of all in life and anything you do......

Never......Never......Never.....Give Up!!!!!!

SteveAztec,

Have you been to any Aztec-Cowboy games?

I was at the San Diego State @ Wyoming game in Laramie back in 1990. Pokes won, 52-51!

It was the 2nd Wyoming game I ever went too.

Nothing against ya Wyokie but WY is soar on the eyes and tough on the body. I have driven through that decollate god offal place more times then i wish to say and the only part of the state that makes up for the other 3/4 is Yellow Stone National Park.

In my Frosh and Soph. yr of High School I wore the Wolverine Helmet except we were purple and gold.

I know what game you are refering to and I hope we can repay the Griz the dissapointment that they dished out to us back to them at their home field this yr.

You never passed thru Grand Teton National Park, have ya? It's more beautiful than Yellowstone.

I just LOVE Wyoming on the whole except for the fact I have too many wierdo relatives there. Most of which are in or near Cody (NW part of the state and 50 miles from Yellowstone).

Nothing beats the beauty of the northwest part of Wyoming except for Hawaii!

I like Wyoming. Grand Teton is awesome. Does Grand Teton really mean big tits? I think they have the smallest population or close, so no crowds can be a good thing. I'll bet you can still buy land cheap too.

Grand Tetons does mean Grand Breasts since the French trapper who first saw the peaks reminded them of the women they left behind.

Wyoming has just over 490,000 people making it the 2nd smallest populated state in the Union (I think either Alaska or Vermont has the smallest population).

As for property values, yes and no. Property in and around Jackson and Cody is skyrocketing in value since both towns are tourist towns. Cheyenne, the state capitol, aint cheap either.

Actually I have been through Grand Teton and it is amazing, Stupid me forgot to mention that even though I have the Ansel Adams picture. Yeah been to good old Cody twice the best thing about Cody WY is their Firework Warehouse, spent several bills at that place and put on some good fireworks shows too.

All of my dad's side lives in Cody. My parents were both raised there. I love the history there!

I spent the better part of last year in San Diego. South Park to be exact. Great city. One of my favorites in Cali. Should be a great game this year. See you in San Diego for kickoff!

I have attended all Aztec home games and quite a few roadies, but I have never been to Wyoming.

That was a crazy game. A reporter asked Dan McGuire (Aztec QB), what happened. His answer??????......

"We didn't score enough points."

Classic line.

My real name is Carl. I graduated from PSU in 2000. Even when I was going to PCC and working as a delivery driver I listened to PSU games on the radio as I drove around the area. I always followed PSU games while I was living in Portland, but since I moved to Texas I have missed my PSU games. I hope that PSU will be playing some games in my neck of the woods. In the meantime I will be following the news here.

Hi Guys, my name is Chris and I run the McNeese fan site GeauxCowboys.Com I went to the McNeese PSU game in Poretland in 2004 and had a great trip. I hope to see some of you guys on our forum as the game gets closer.

Carl, PSU plays at McNeese in Lake Charles Louisiana on Labor Day weekend, and that's pretty near Texas! Where in Texas do you live?
